The part-time Administrative Assistant is responsible for the execution of day to day office functions. He/she types reports, enters computer data, answers and prioritizes telephone calls from clients, and other DebLin Health Concepts customers (these include Social Workers, Therapists, Home Health Agencies, Hospitals, and Nursing Facilities etc.). The successful candidate will process patient cases in the company database, ensure that daily reports are generated and sent to company administration/owners; read emails daily and respond as necessary, especially to 72-Hour updates from the health plans and client assignment requests from the Intake department. Responses must occur within the appropriate time frame to ensure that clients receive services in a timely manner.
Required experience: Computer Skills- MS Excel, MS Word, MS Access and basic data entry. Excellent communications skills, time management skills, flexible hours, and the ability to work weekends and evenings when necessary.
